Ideas at the heart of quantum theory, to do with randomness and the character of the molecules that make up the physical matter of our brains, lead some researchers to suggest humans can’t have free will.
SHORTLISTED | Quantum Shorts 2014
A physicist is working at office. Suddenly he discovers that his blackboard has amazing quantum properties
I graduated with a degree in Physics with a masters in astrophysics, particles and gravitation from the University of Barcelona. Currently PhD in UAB (Barcelona).
For a year and a half I invested all human and technological resources available at that moment for making an entire film together with the director Isaías San Martín. It was shot, edited and post produced with my camera, my computer, thousands of pizzas and fairly sleepless hours. I also made the soundtrack. The movie is called Lo que queda de vida and it was selected for the Global Dominican Film Festival in 2013. This was a nice challenge considering it was the first time I did something on a large scale.
I also won the best shortfilm award in Art With Impact Contest in San Francisco (USA) with 'Lights', my first project as writer and director (http://www.artwithimpact.org/artwithimpactblog/congratulations-our-newes...)
