You think you know the story.
Cat in the Box, based on one of the most well-known quantum physics theories, is an indulgently playful film that spins a fresh new take on how we can see this concept in real life.
Just what is the cat in the box?
Aw Khai Sheng and his team weren't making a quantum film with romance, as much as they were making a romance film with quantum concepts. They chose the idea that there are many possibilities and 'what-ifs' in a situation because it would be relatable. The team members include Chew Keng Onn, Feng Weihan, Jeremy Wong, and Kelvin Liew. They are all undergoing National Service, and spend their free time appreciating films, and brainstorming for future projects. They do film because they love it.
